Here, you will discover & work on mastering the foundations of Pilates and start connecting to your deep stabilizing muscles!

Our Barre Class
Barre is a hybrid workout class which combines ballet-inspired moves with Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.
Using a variety of these exercises and static stretches, you can also expect the class to
focus on high reps and maximum burn

Our Stretch & Release Class
This mat Pilates class is designed to give you the chance to actively stretch and release your tight muscles.
Resetting your body & mind - making to feel refreshed & energised for the rest of your day!

Our Power Pilates Class
This class is for the glow getters who like to get their sweat on
Using more advanced exercises and a faster pace, this cleverly programmed 45 minute class will get you burning calories through the rest of your day
Please note, participants do require prior experience with Pilates

Our Yoga Class
Experience ultimate mindfulness and restoration with this beautiful Yoga class.
